A rare and endangered pygmy hippopotamus has been born in Attica Zoological Park in Athens, Greece for the first time in 10 years. Weighing 7 kg, the male calf was born on February 19. Pygmy hippos are half as tall as the hippopotamus and are native to West Africa. It's estimated only 2,000-2,500 pygmy hippos still live in the wild.
