Rare Qing dynasty bowl sells for ₹198 crore

A rare Qing dynasty bowl, which was made 300 years ago for Chinese Emperor Kangxi, has been auctioned for $30.4 million (₹198 crore). Sotheby's said the bowl, which measures 14.7 centimetres in diameter, was sold within five minutes. It added, "There are only three other examples altogether that use this beautiful pink (background)."
