Rare Rabbit raises ₹150 cr from Nikhil Kamath's NKSquared, others

Apparel brand Rare Rabbit has raised ₹150 crore from A91 Partners, Nikhil Kamath's NKSquared, Gruhas Proptech, Ravi Modi Family Trust and Vedant Modi, as per a regulatory filing. While A91 Partners led the funding round with ₹102 crore investment, NKSquared infused ₹29 crore. Rare Rabbit's board passed a special resolution to issue 69,230 shares to raise the funds.
