England forward Marcus Rashford equalled the record for the most substitute appearances in FIFA World Cup history during England's FIFA World Cup 2026 match against Ghana. Rashford now has 11 substitute appearances at the tournament, drawing level with former Brazil winger Denílson. Former Germany forward Oliver Neuville is next on the list with nine substitute appearances.
