Rat faeces, cockroach infestation found at university canteen in Hyderabad

Multiple food safety violations were discovered on premises of NALSAR University's canteen in Hyderabad's Shamirpet. A task force team found rat faeces and cockroach infestation in store room. The doors and windows of preparation area and dining area lacked insect-proof screens. Officials found out that FSSAI license had been "obtained on registered address instead of food preparation premises."
