Rat poison found in baby food jar in Austria, stock recalled from 1,500 stores
Rat poison was found inside a jar of HiPP baby food in Austria, prompting the brand to recall stock from 1,500 SPAR supermarkets in the country over safety fears. HiPP said that the incident appeared to involve "external criminal interference" and warned that consumption of the product could be life-threatening. Police said a foul smell was coming from the jar.
