Rat poison found in baby food jar in Austria, stock recalled from 1,500 stores

Rat poison was found inside a jar of HiPP baby food in Austria, prompting the brand to recall stock from 1,500 SPAR supermarkets in the country over safety fears. HiPP ​said that the incident appeared to involve "external criminal interference" and warned that consumption of the product could be life-threatening. Police said a foul smell was coming from the jar.
