Ratan Tata acquires stake in Pritish Nandy Communications

Ratan Tata, the Chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons and the Chairman of Tata Trusts, in his personal capacity acquired a stake in Pritish Nandy Communications (PNC). The publicly-traded company made the announcement in a regulatory filing on Monday. Founded in 1993, PNC began as a TV content boutique and has made many news and entertainment shows over the years.
