Ravichandran Ashwin becomes first cricketer to be retired out in IPL history

Rajasthan Royals (RR) all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin has become the first cricketer to be retired out in IPL history. Ashwin left the field in the 19th over of RR's innings against LSG after scoring 28(23). A batter is considered retired out if he retires his innings without the umpire's permission and cannot resume the innings.
