Razer acquires George Lucas-founded audio company THX

Gaming peripheral maker Razer has acquired THX, the audio company founded by Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchise creator George Lucas, for an undisclosed amount. Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan said the "main reason for the acquisition is the phenomenal brand that THX have" that can help Razer establish itself as "an entertainment powerhouse [across] music, movies, and games".
