Razorpay, Sarvam partner to introduce ‘voice-first commerce’

Razorpay on Monday announced a partnership with Sarvam AI to introduce 'voice-first conversational commerce'. The collaboration aims to "bring together Sarvam's models and agentic stack with Razorpay's agentic payments infrastructure," Sarvam said. It would enable users to discover products, place orders, and make payments by speaking in their preferred languages.
