Razorpay parent entity returning to India from US: Report

Bengaluru-headquartered digital payments firm Razorpay is in the process of moving back its parent entity to India from the US amid tighter sectoral regulations, The Economic Times reported. This comes months after PhonePe shifted its holding company to India from Singapore. As a Y Combinator-backed startup, Razorpay had to domicile itself in the US in order to raise funds.
