Razorpay to help firms build AI agents for automating payments

Fintech aggregator Razorpay launched Agent Studio, an AI-powered platform designed to help businesses automate daily payment-related operations. The platform will allow firms to build and deploy specialised AI agents to handle commercial activities. "The idea is to move from being just a payments provider," Razorpay CEO Harshil Mathur said. Agent Studio was built using Anthropic's Claude chatbot.
