RBI appoints ex-CGM AK Singh on Bandhan Bank board, shares fall 2%

RBI has appointed its former chief general manager Arun Kumar Singh as an Additional Director of Bandhan Bank for a term of one year from June 24, the private bank said in an exchange filing. This comes ahead of the retirement of MD & CEO Chandra Shekhar Ghosh. Bandhan Bank's shares fell around 2% on Tuesday following the exchange filing.
