RBI approves committee to oversee IndusInd after CEO's resignation

The RBI has approved the formation of a 'Committee of Executives' to oversee the operations of IndusInd Bank after its CEO Sumant Kathpalia resigned. The committee, comprising senior bank executives Soumitra Sen and Anil Rao, will oversee the operations for an interim period. Kathpalia resigned on Tuesday over accounting discrepancies in derivatives trades.
