RBI approves R Gandhi as part-time Chairman of Yes Bank

The RBI has approved the appointment of its Former Deputy Governor, Rama Subramaniam Gandhi, as Non-Executive (Part-Time) Chairman of Yes Bank for three years, a regulatory filing said. Gandhi had a three-year secondment to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). He is a financial sector policy advisor who worked with investors and fintech companies.
