RBI Governor warns of petrol & diesel price hikes if Middle East war keeps going on

RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra has warned of an impending hike in petrol and diesel prices in India if the US-Iran war keeps going on, Bloomberg reported. Speaking at a Swiss National Bank-IMF conference, Malhotra said, "If this is to continue for longer period of time, it's just matter of time before government will pass on some of the price increases."
