RCB, SRH players wear black armbands, observe silence to honour 11 fans killed in stampede

RCB and SRH players are wearing black armbands in their IPL 2026 opener at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru in honour of the 11 RCB fans who were killed in stampede in June last year. They also observed one minute's silence before the match started. RCB players also warmed up wearing jerseys featuring the number 11.
