RCB become first IPL team to hire a woman in support staff

RCB on Thursday appointed Navnita Gautam as their Sports Massage Therapist, becoming the first Indian Premier League team to have a woman in the support staff. She will work to identify and implement massage therapy to help the team prepare and recover better. "I'm very pleased to be a part of this moment in history," said RCB chairman, Sanjeev Churiwala.
