RCB's Nuwan Thushara sues Sri Lanka Cricket for not clearing him to play IPL 2026

Sri Lanka pacer Nuwan Thushara has filed a case at the Colombo District Court against Sri Lanka Cricket over their refusal to grant him an NOC for IPL 2026. Thushara, retained by RCB for ₹1.6 crore, argued SLC cleared him with similar fitness levels in 2024 and 2025. The hearing is set to take place on April 9.
