RCB to field first against SRH in IPL 2026 opener, playing XIs announced

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) captain Rajat Patidar won the toss and elected to bowl first against SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the IPL 2026 opener at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Fast bowlers Jacob Duffy and Abhinandan Singh are making their debuts for RCB, while Ishan Kishan is making his captaincy debut for SRH.
