Ready to conclude FTA: UK PM tells PM Modi in 1st call since win

Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to his UK counterpart Keir Starmer in their first telephone conversation since the latter's victory in elections and invited Starmer to India. Starmer also told PM Modi that he's ready to conclude a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) that worked for both sides. India and the UK have been negotiating an FTA for over two years.
