Real Madrid sack manager Julen Lopetegui after 1-5 loss to Barça

Three-time defending Champions League winners Real Madrid have sacked Julen Lopetegui as their manager following their 1-5 defeat to Barcelona on Sunday. The El Clásico defeat was Real Madrid's fifth in last seven matches across competitions. The 52-year-old was fired as Spain manager a day before World Cup in June for announcing he was joining Real Madrid after the tournament.
