Reappointment of HDFC Bank MD and CEO to be cleared soon: Deputy MD

HDFC Bank's deputy MD Kaizad Bharucha said the board will clear the reappointment of its managing director (MD) and chief executive officer (CEO) soon, during the bank's post-earnings call. "The new chairman has just taken over. The GNRC (Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee) and the board are seized of the matter and it is a work in progress," he added.
