Rebel TMC MPs urge WB CM to halt loudspeaker removal from mosques

Two rebel TMC MPs from Murshidabad met with West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Saturday to raise concerns over the removal of loudspeakers from mosques across the state. A delegation of MLAs led by Ritabrata Banerjee reportedly met CM Adhikari over the same issue. Several mosques in the state have reportedly removed loudspeakers after receiving verbal instructions from police.
