Record Indians travelled to Australia for Border-Gavaskar Trophy

Cricket Australia (CA) announced that the recent Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) saw a record turnout of Indian fans, with over 6,000 travelling from India. The BGT 2024-25 saw a six-fold increase in ticket sales from people living in India from the BGT hosted by Australia in 2018-19. The series drew a total of 8,37,879 attendees, the highest for any non-Ashes series.
