Recruited very young team members: Nykaa Founder Falguni Nayar

Nykaa Founder and CEO Falguni Nayar said that the beauty retailer mostly hired young talent straight from colleges. Speaking at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit, Nayar added that while hiring, the criteria was to judge how passionate a candidate was for Nykaa. She also credited the initial success of her brand to millennial consumers who were exposed to social media.
