Red alert in Hyd tomorrow, heavy rains expected until Tuesday: IMD

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert in Hyderabad for Sunday. "Very heavy to extremely heavy rainfall is 75% to 100% likely to occur over north-east, north and adjoining districts of Telangana during 8 and 9 August," IMD added. As per IMD, the maximum temperature in the city is likely to be normal during the next week.
