Redmi Note 10 series users complain of touchscreen issues

Redmi Note 10 series users have reported facing issues with screen flickering and touchscreen on their devices. Xiaomi acknowledged the problem and said that less than 0.001% of users had faced these issues. A user reported experiencing problems even after getting his unit replaced with a new device and that a service centre told him to wait for a fix.
