Reduce staff salaries by 25% instead of doing mass layoffs: Ashneer to founders

Addressing the mass layoffs taking place globally, 'Shark Tank India' investor Ashneer Grover urged startup founders not to get "swayed by what Elon Musk is selling as couture" as "it does not fit your body type". He suggested that founders should reduce salaries by 25% rather than conducting mass layoffs. "It's a better solution as rehiring will be...costly," Grover added.
