Refugee who made Lily Allen cry reunites with father

The 13-year-old refugee whose story reduced singer Lily Allen to tears has been reunited with his father in Birmingham, United Kingdom after ten years. Shamsher Sherin told Allen he had a legal right to move to the UK as his father lived in Birmingham, but the legal process was very slow. Allen replied, "I apologise on behalf of my country."
