Refugees from Pakistan dance after casting votes in DDC polls in J&K

A video shows some people who came from Pakistan as refugees dancing and celebrating after voting in the third phase of District Development Council polls in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday. One of the voters said, "This is the first time in over 70 years that we're voting in local body polls. We're happy to participate in the democratic process."
