Refusing married man's proposal led to Punjabi singer Inder Kaur's murder, claims family

The family of Punjabi singer Inder Kaur, whose body was found in a canal after she was kidnapped at gunpoint, alleged that a married man whose marriage proposal she rejected is responsible for her murder. Kaur befriended Sukhwinder Singh, on Instagram three years ago but ended the relationship on learning about his marital status. Police arrested Singh's father Pritam Singh.
