Refusing to accept resignation amounts to bonded labour: Kerala HC

The Kerala High Court has said an employee's resignation must be accepted by the employer as per the employment contract, and refusal could amount to bonded labour. Justice N Nagaresh made the observation while granting relief to a PSU company secretary. He stated that resignation cannot be denied unless notice terms are violated or grave misconduct is involved.
