Related Digital secures $16 billion for Oracle data centre project

Related Digital announced it has secured funding for building a $16 billion data centre campus in US' Michigan to support Oracle's AI infrastructure. The funding includes equity from Related Digital, Blackstone, and PIMCO-managed funds. The project was unveiled in October 2025 as a collaboration between OpenAI, Oracle, and Related Digital and is slated to deliver over 1 GW of capacity.
