Release date of film on 1983 World Cup victory announced

The release date of Ranveer Singh starrer film on 1983 World Cup victory has been announced as April 5, 2019. Ranveer will portray former Indian cricketer Kapil Dev in the film. Kabir Khan, who will be directing the film said, "As a filmmaker, the journey to that win...is probably one of the most exciting stories I have worked on."
