Reliance and BP to set up petrol pumps across India under 'Jio-BP' brand

Reliance Industries and British oil major BP have agreed to set up nationwide fuel retail outlets under the "Jio-BP" brand. They will set up a joint venture that will be 51% owned by Reliance and the remainder by BP. The venture will expand Reliance's current fuel network of 1,400 sites to up to 5,500 sites over the next five years.
