Reliance announces online payments app for small merchants

Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani has announced the 'Jio Money Merchant Solutions' app for small merchants and shop owners to receive payments from users of Jio Money e-wallet. It will enable person-to-person transfers and transactions at places like mandis and bus ticket counters. The app, which will launch on December 5, is expected to be used by 10 million merchants.
