Reliance Brands to buy majority stake in fashion label Ritu Kumar: Report

Reliance Brands, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, is in talks to acquire majority stake in fashion house Ritu Kumar in a deal that may be announced as early as next week, a report said. Reliance Brands will reportedly buy stake of about 30% held by private equity firm Everstone Capital and a major portion of the promoter's holdings.
