Reliance can explore reorganisation to list subsidiaries: Report

A Kotak Institutional Equities report has said that Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries Ltd can explore the reorganisation of the company into three independent entities for different verticals to list subsidiaries. It added that this would help prevent any holding company discount in Reliance as and when it lists subsidiaries. It would also help Reliance prepare for eventual management change.
