Reliance Industries' Q1 profit drops 22% YoY to ₹21,000 crore

Reliance Industries' consolidated net profit fell 22.4% YoY to ₹20,946 crore in Q1FY27 after a one-time exceptional gain from the Asian Paints stake sale in the same quarter last year. Despite the drop, it recorded revenue from operations of ₹3.12 lakh crore, up 10.6% YoY. The company's revenue crossed the ₹3-lakh crore mark for the first time in a quarter.
