Reliance Infra becomes debt-free, pays ₹3,300 crore in FY25

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd on Monday announced that it has reduced its standalone net debt from banks and financial institutions to zero. The Anil Ambani-led company significantly reduced its debt by approximately ₹3,300 crore during FY25. Reliance Infrastructure posted a consolidated profit of ₹4,387 crore in Q4 FY25, as against a loss of ₹3,298 crore in the Q3 FY25.
