Reliance Power subsidiaries to settle debt worth ₹1,023 Cr

Reliance Power Ltd's shares opened higher at ₹ 28.45, reaching a peak of Rs. 28.50 during Wednesday's trading session, up by 2%. The positive movement follows the announcement of two subsidiaries, Kalai Power Pvt Ltd and Reliance Cleangen Ltd, signing a debt settlement agreement with Reliance Commercial Finance Ltd, settling outstanding consolidated debt of ₹ 1,023 crores.
