Reliance signs $3 billion green ammonia deal with Samsung C&T

Reliance Industries said it signed a binding long-term Supply and Purchase Agreement with Samsung C&T, South Korea. Valued at over $3 billion, it's among the largest long-term green ammonia off-take agreements globally. The 15-year supply period will ​begin in second half of FY29. Meanwhile Japan and South Korea are already seeking low-carbon fuels like ​hydrogen and ammonia to cut emissions.
