Reliance sues FSSAI over ban on Campa 'energy drink' label

Reliance Industries has sued India's food regulator, FSSAI, for barring it from marketing its Campa-brand products as "energy drinks", Reuters reported, citing court filings. In June, FSSAI ordered makers of high-caffeine beverages to stop using the "energy drink" description. PepsiCo and Monster Beverage also sued the regulator last week over the ban.
