Reliance-Iconix joint venture acquires rights for Lee Cooper in India

A joint venture (JV) between Reliance Industries and US-based Iconix Brand Group has acquired the brand rights for Lee Cooper in India. Iconix, which owns international rights to the brand, previously licensed Future Group to sell Lee Cooper products in India, but that deal ended earlier this year. Reliance-Iconix JV already owns 24 brands from Iconix portfolio, including Ed Hardy.
