Religion outside our scope: Annamalai on his 'We the Leaders' movement

K Annamalai, who recently quit BJP and launched a political movement called 'We the Leaders', said that it would transform into a political party at the "appropriate time". "Religion is outside the scope of this organisation. Our politics is focused on making Tamil Nadu a leading state. Responsibility is our identity," he said at the movement's first major public programme.
