Religious conversion accused had control of TCS' Nashik unit, it saw zero POSH compliance: NCW

NCW's fact-finding committee said TCS' Nashik unit was under the "effective control" of the accused in the religious conversion and sexual harassment racket. The office saw a "deeply disturbing" environment marked by sexual harassment, bullying, absence of a formal complaint mechanism, toxic leadership and anti-religious discourse. NCW also found that the office had zero POSH Act compliance.
