Remains of last hostage in Gaza have been recovered: Israel

Israeli military said it has retrieved the remains of the last remaining hostage held in Gaza. Police officer Ran Gvili’s body had been held there since he was killed in Hamas' attack in Gaza on October 7, 2023. Israel had said it will reopen Gaza’s Rafah crossing with Egypt after the operation to recover Gvili’s remains is completed.
