Remove Rashmi Saluja from board: Religare to subsidiaries

Religare Enterprises has asked its subsidiaries to initiate the process of removing former Chairperson Rashmi Saluja from their boards and committees. This comes after the Burman family, which runs FMCG major Dabur India, acquired a controlling stake in Religare and was designated its promoter. Saluja was ousted by the company's shareholders earlier this month.
