Removing woman's salwar, pressing chest amounts to outrage of modesty & not rape: Patna HC

The Patna High Court has said that removing a woman's salwar and pressing her chest amounts to outraging her modesty and not rape. The court was hearing a 2008 case, in which a woman was harassed by the owner of a photo studio. HC noted that no medical record supported the allegation of rape and ultimately acquitted the accused.
